Bread is an intercultural link between almost all nationalities. In its symbol, it refers to the same needs. The need to satisfy hunger and spiritual longing – dreams of a better life. Even in a culturally and religiously homogeneous country like Poland, the symbolism and tradition inscribed in bread
in other cultures, turns out to be identical and seems to a bond beyond divisions.

tools - the set consists of 11 elements with which anyone can bake bread at home. Every element is versatile and can be used in the kitchen in different situations. The design is a result of analysis of methods of baking bread from around the world.
publication contains description of the multiculturalism in Poland, description of the ingredients that are necessary for baking bread, recipes inspired by the nationalities described in the publication. It presents tools – an integral part of the project.
